  • QDo you provide service/tours outside of Setouchi Area?

    Yes, we do! We are gradually expanding our service to cover whole Japan. Please feel free to contact us for the place you would like to visit in Japan, and we will get back to you accordingly.
  • QDo you provide tour guide service in English?

    Yes, we do! We can help you arrange an English-speaking local tour guide with a service fee. Please contact us for the quotation.
  • QFor private charter tours, can the driver speak English?

    Currently most of the drivers do not speak English. However, their mobile phone are equipped with the translation application to help ease the communication during the trip.
  • QFor private charter tours, are all the vehicles safe?

    Japan Tourism‘s charter service only provides green label vehicles that are legally acceptable for tour purpose and will be covered by passenger insurance. Please refer to Tips for choosing Private Charter Tours in Japan on each charter tour page for more details.
  • QCan I change or cancel my booking?

    Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the booking will be subject to a surcharge as below

    Cancellation time limit Cancellation fee
    14〜8 days prior to booking 20% of total booking amount
    7〜2 days prior to booking 30% of total booking amount
    1day prior to booking 50% of total booking amount
    On the day/No show 100% of total booking amount
